What recent successes have you achieved for your clients?

Some of my recent successes include:

Acting for a national retailer in successfully resolving a lease renewal application and forfeiture action resulting from the sanctioning of a Restructuring Plan
Acting for an international commercial property investor dealing with a broad range of issues across its London portfolio, including advising on the validity of break options, documenting dilapidations settlements, and pursuing rent arrears
Acting for a property investor in forfeiting the lease of a city centre premises, resulting in immediate payment of all arrears as part of a negotiated resolution of the dispute.

What were the most significant matters or deals you have led on?

As a property disputes lawyer with a focus on winning the trust of my clients through managing their property portfolios and protecting their interests, I’d like to think that my career has been defined not by one particular case, but by the number of long-term trusting client relationships that I’ve developed throughout my career with a wide range of businesses and the individuals within those businesses, stretching back for many years.
