Biography
Hannah possesses extensive experience and exceptional knowledge in a wide range of non-contentious commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant issues, secured lending, corporate support work and more recently, strategic land and development.
She leads the general transactional and asset management work, delegating tasks to junior members and supervising their work. Her focus includes development projects, such as residential, commercial and mixed-use projects as well as regeneration schemes and high value or complex commercial transactions. Hannah's comprehensive expertise in real estate transactions spans from asset management and investment sales to complex development schemes.
