Biography

I am a Legal Director in our Corporate team based in Manchester. I advise both domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters including M&A, private equity, joint ventures and shareholder exits. I have a particular interest in advising European clients on inbound cross-border transactions, and within our international group am a member of our CEE desk.
